Beyond CRFG, he is a dedicated mentor and startup consultant-having guided ventures like his partners Jordan's. With a profound passion for coaching advisors and individuals toward their full potential. A Kent State alumnus, Chad balances his professional leadership with a commitment to giving back through community volunteering. He enjoys golfing, travel and the outdoors and finds his greatest fulfillment in life with his partner, Jordan, his children, Hanna and Hayden and stepdaughter Vivian.

Marketing & Logistics Specialist

Hayden serves as the Marketing and Logistics Specialist at Northward Start, where he bridges the gap between creative strategy and operational execution. A 2022 graduate of Grand Canyon University, Hayden has always possessed an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to streamline systems and scale ideas. A true enthusiast of the Pacific Northwest, Hayden finds balance away from the office by mastering his golf game, fishing the local waters, and traveling. He finds his greatest fulfillment in contributing to the family-driven mission of the firm and helping clients navigate their own path to success.

Jordan is a small business owner and creative entrepreneur with a passion for thoughtful community-driven growth. As the founder of a handcrafted candle company established in 2025, she has built a brand rooted in quality, creativity, and meaningful customer experiences. With a background from the College of Western Idaho and hands-on experience in retail, wholesale, and daily business operations, Jordan brings a grounded, real-world perspective to entrepreneurship. She is especially passionate about supporting local businesses and cultivating genuine relationships within the community, offering a fresh and well-rounded voice in the consulting space. Outside of her work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her partner, Chad, and their three children. She loves mornings with coffee, time outdoors hiking, and traveling together.
