A Kent State University alumnus, Chad translates his professional success into meaningful purpose. Alongside spending active time with his partner, Jordan, and their three kids, he travels internationally to volunteer and construct homes for underserved communities—a dedication defined by building structural integrity, security, and a lasting legacy.

As the firm’s cloud systems lead, Hayden implements and maintains core digital infrastructure for clients, ensuring seamless, scalable back-office solutions. He manages everything from cloud ecosystem setups to data workflows using Google Workspace and Copper CRM. As a QuickBooks Certified professional, he also ensures client financial tracking and billing are handled with absolute precision and expertise.
A Grand Canyon University business graduate and American Marketing Association member, Hayden brings a strategic, tech-forward mindset. Guided by the firm’s family-oriented mission, he pairs this modern tech stack with a passion for streamlining systems to help entrepreneurs navigate their paths to success and scale their ideas.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her partner, Chad, and their three children.
